I managed and wrote multiple articles, focusing on optimizing them for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) using various keywords for the US market.
The articles were crafted to address specific search intents, offering users solutions to their queries and helping Google deliver satisfactory answers.

Content Strategy
We specialised our content in Pre & Onboarding processes for new employees, targeting our audience segments of HR professionals, team leaders, and operations leaders. We developed a content strategy based on main pillars and sub-pillar topics and created a structured link-building schema. We also worked on an important article optimisation project that significantly increased our traffic.
Results
We followed a structured writing schema to produce natural and original content. Through collaboration with an SEO agency, in November 2022, we achieved a significant milestone by securing top 10 rankings for 698 keywords on Google. This represented a remarkable increase from just 300 keywords, driving an extraordinary 2,795% growth in organic traffic.

As a Demand Generation Manager at Teamed, I wrote these articles to deliver high-quality content for our communities and address our revenue goals. These insights, identified in collaboration with the Sales department, were used to nurture our segments and accelerate pipeline conversion as part of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM)/Account-Based Selling (ABS) strategies.

Written and visual content within guides
As part of our Displacement campaign, I created and developed this guide, which became a crucial resource in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, highlighting the reasons companies choose to switch to Teamed based on our research.
This guide was also vital for our Sales team and used in outbound campaigns as part of the Account-Based Selling (ABS) strategy, showing how to switch in simple 6 steps.

We successfully increased organic traffic across multiple markets, with a focus on Latam, the US, and the UK.

Content Strategy
Our primary topic was project management, which I divided into different pillars. We focused on various techniques to effectively manage resources while considering the scope of projects, with the goal of increasing our visibility and traffic.
During this time, I researched, learned, and wrote about project management techniques, including Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as Gantt charts. Additionally, I explored how to conduct risk analysis for projects and how to incorporate buffer activities. I also worked on elaborate external link-building campaigns to increase our domain authority.
Results
We achieved 500,000 visits per month and increased visitors by 38% month-on-month over four years. Additionally, we designed and implemented a lead capture strategy, which resulted in a 33% monthly increase in our leads database (freemium users).

Videos
At Introdus, I developed and produced several videos as marketing material to promote products, client stories, and interviews.

These videos were created to generate and inspire leads organically and through campaigns, as part of our nurturing strategy and materials for our current clients for potential up-selling.
Interviews
I also took the lead and played an integral role in conducting interviews with individuals worldwide. We actively listened to their insights and shared their expectations and real experiences with our HR professional audience. Our goal was to connect with them on a human level, showing empathy and emotion behind the scenes.
Additionally, we conducted interviews with new hires of our clients as part of our client case studies. We also used these interviews in social media campaigns and in our positioned articles on Google to drive conversions.
One of these examples is Nikolai Willier. His story revolves around his onboarding experience at his new company, PNO. Living in Vietnam, he needed to learn and meet the team remotely. Introdus platform was key in helping him feel integrated into the team from his very first day on the job. This is a screenshot of the interview hosted on Introdus.

Product Marketing Videos
Furthermore, we create new product teasers for social campaigns and our communities, using various tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, and iMovie.
Here is a screenshot of a teaser for our product: the Buddy Platform. This platform aims to facilitate onboarding buddies and provide a warm and efficient welcome to new employees.

After defining the positioning and messaging for the new platform launch, I oversaw the creation of a video explaining our value proposition. We collaborated with Laura Negro, who successfully created the video based on our briefing requirements, making adjustments as needed and proving very easy to work with.
The video highlighted the problems we solved and featured testimonials from our customers. We used it in various campaigns targeting our communities and integrated it into our customer acquisition funnel.
I led its communication, storytelling, and presentation, while our Content Manager at Introdus successfully handled all the details and editing. This is a comprehensive description of our end-to-end platform, suitable for use in our press releases.

In collaboration with my team, I also produce content for social media, including videos where I present tips, showcase products, and create other engaging content that resonates with our audience.

What does a good onboarding process mean to you? Here, I explain my opinion on what should not be missing in a 10-out-of-10 onboarding experience!
In times when many offices were reopening their doors after the pandemic, we shared in this video some tips for a smooth reboarding process for both companies and employees.
One of our selling points was the automation of onboarding processes, which were easy for HR professionals to manage while also providing a higher-quality experience for new employees.
This is a humorous video that I created for our Social Media Manager for Halloween, ensuring it complied with copyright law.
