By conducting multiple interviews, calls and surveys and utilizing seekers on our sites across various markets, targeting both potential and existing clients, we leverage both quantitative and qualitative data.
In addition, at both Sinnaps and Teamed, I took the lead in competitor analysis. As part of this, I spearheaded a project called ‘Mystery Shopping’ to gain in-depth insights into our competitors’ customer journeys.

I managed the communication, storytelling, and presentation, while our Content Manager oversaw the editing process. This resulted in a detailed overview of our end-to-end platform, designed for inclusion in catalogues and press releases.
After establishing the positioning and messaging for the new platform launch, I led the development of a video showcasing our value proposition. Working with Laura Negro, who expertly brought our vision to life based on the provided briefing, we ensured the video met our goals by making necessary adjustments along the way.
The video effectively highlighted the challenges we address and included testimonials from our customers. It was utilized across multiple campaigns aimed at engaging our communities and was seamlessly incorporated into our customer acquisition funnel.
