My 3 Main Professional Principles

After gaining extensive experience working with diverse teams, across functions, and involving several cultures, I have identified the most significant values that are important to me in the workplace. I hope you also share these values, and together, we can build a strong team and foster a healthy work environment.

Additionally, while these values are important to me, I am also open to listening and discovering other working principles that may be beneficial to our team and workplace.

1- Integrity and Inspirational Leadership

My inclusive leadership is based on inspiring my colleagues and providing them with direction, while also encouraging them to bring out the best in themselves. I strive to set an example of honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability.

2- Trusting Working Relationships

Understanding, humility, and communication are essential to me in order to achieve respectful and trusting working relationships. I believe that by fostering an environment of openness and collaboration, we can achieve great things together, and I am always willing to listen and learn from others.

3- Result-Oriented and Flexible-Mindset

Being self-management and responsible for my own work and taking ownership of my tasks in order to get the right things done. At this point, I include all of the activities which I prioritize according to deadlines, resources, and availability. If we focus first on these, the potential for meeting goals will be higher.
