At Sinnaps, we developed an Academy section that offered a range of lessons to help our users manage projects professionally, catering to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets.
I coordinated the execution of two distinct types of courses: the Sinnaps Training Course and the Project Management Courses, both featuring a platform with exercises, techniques, videos, and other support materials. The Project Management Courses also provided certification upon completion, validating users’ skills. Additionally, I personally conducted webinars or live sessions once a week to address the various challenges faced by our community.
This type of content helped us both generate leads and freemium users, as well as nurture them through valuable insights and resources.

Virtual Coach, Product Tours, Templates
The platform offers targeted Product guides designed for various audience segments, classified based on interests, user behaviours, and performance. These guides serve as valuable resources for our clients. We distribute them through various notification types.
Additionally, providing editable templates and showcasing popular solutions not only inspires our audiences but also benefits the commercial department.

Video Tutorials
I was responsible for developing a content calendar that included various video tutorials targeting our communities, both users and current clients.
In my role as Content Manager, I took charge of preparing the scripts and editing these short tutorial videos (around 2 minutes) as well as new feature video presentations for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets.
The aim was to distribute them across multiple channels, including email, Intercom (CRM), and our platform itself, using features such as popups and self-guided tours.
In a series of videos, I explain, in bite-sized segments, some of the most sought-after solutions by Sinnaps users. I conclude each video with extra tips to enhance the user experience, ensuring the audience remains engaged until the end.
