One of the first tasks I completed at Introdus was gathering client cases — stories supported by data that showed the value of our product’s different services.
Each story followed a structured format: The Challenge, The Solution, and The Results, providing a clear, compelling narrative. These cases included video interviews with both HR professionals and new employees who had experienced our platform firsthand.

We use this information in our campaigns across various channels and have even showcased client cases in industry-specific webinars.
Here’s a screenshot of one of the client stories — Nikolai Willer from PNO, a leading European trailer rental company with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.

At Introdus
As Pre & Onboarding processes for new hires are inherently people-focused, at Introdus, we aim to ensure that our website and content reflect this approach.

Our communication strategy focuses on sharing diverse stories of new employees. While some of these feature our clients, we’ve also created a dedicated section showcasing new employees from companies worldwide.
This serves two key purposes: to generate high-value content by showcasing firsthand pre-onboarding approaches from around the world and to engage potential clients as part of our Account-Based Selling (ABS) strategy.
At Teamed (Employer of Record, EOR)
Similarly, leveraging direct contact with our global partners—including global HR consultants, recruiters, and other services involved in international hiring—I launched a program focused on delivering high-quality insights. This initiative aimed to boost visibility (by tapping into shared communities with our interviewees) and drive engagement across our various segments at every stage of the funnel. The program was strategically aligned with the primary topics covered in the interviews to address specific needs effectively and accelerate the pipeline.
Especially proud of my work on these two interviews, despite the many others I conducted, where our expert partners helped our communities hire and manage their global teams.
